About The Region & Winemaking:
The 2020 Rosé is a wine that truly reflects the West Texas terroir. Grown in the high elevation, sandy sites, this wine expresses what classic rosé should be: fruity, aromatic, food-friendly, or enjoyable on its own on a hot Texas summer afternoon. A maximum of 10 hours of skin contact was used to extract flavor and color. After gently pressing the skins, the juice was racked into stainless steel tanks and fermented with a special yeast blend to preserve the delicate aromatics and build citrus flavors.
