Virginia St. onto W. Louisiana St. Take W. Louisiana St. into downtown McKinney and take a Left on S. Tennessee St. and another Left on E. Virginia St. The "Ritz" building will be on your right on the corner of N. Kentucky St. and E. Virginia St. |

| Triple R Ranch & Winery is located in Dexter, Texas, which is about halfway between Gainsville and Sherman Texas. From HWY82, go North on HWY377 in Whitesboro Texas for about 9 miles. Go past HWY901 S. (which goes to Gordonville) about a quarter mile and take a Left on HWY901 N. Go 2.7 miles and take a Left on Dexter Rd. (You should see a sign for Dexter's Church). Drive 3 miles to Dexter and take Dexter Rd. past the white church on the left. At this point the road turns to a gravel road and makes an S-Turn. After the S-Turn, take the first Left onto CR 125. Go about 1 mile and you will run into the RRR gate. |

| Wales Manor is located in Northeast McKinney near New Hope. Take HWY380 East from HWY75 for bbout 5 miles. From HWY380 take a Left on and go North on New Hope Rd (HWY 1827) 1.5 miles to County Road 408. Follow CR 408 down and up through a slight curve. Wales Manor will be on your Right immediately following the slight curve. |
